Your Mission Deserves More Than a Brochure Website and a Facebook Page

You're Changing Lives. Your Website Doesn't Show It.
Sound Familiar?
"People Google us and find the wrong organization"
"Our donate button is an afterthought"
"We send one newsletter a year maybe"
"Our social media is just event flyers"
"Funders ask for metrics we don't have"
"We don't have a marketing person"

Everything We Handle for Nonprofits
Website That Drives Donations
Mobile-first, fast-loading, ADA-accessible site with a prominent donate button on every page, impact stories front and center, and a volunteer signup that actually works. Built on WordPress so your team can update it.
SEO & Google Business Profile
Show up when people search “food bank near me,” “youth programs Greenville SC,” or “where to volunteer in the Upstate.” Optimized pages, local citations, and a complete Google profile with hours, photos, and reviews.
AI & Voice Search Visibility
When someone asks Siri, Alexa, or ChatGPT “where can I donate to help homeless families in Greenville,” your organization is the answer. We structure your content so AI systems cite you.
Donor Email & Retention
Automated thank-you emails within 60 seconds of a gift. Quarterly impact reports. Lapsed-donor reactivation sequences. Year-end giving campaigns. Annual receipts generated automatically for tax season.
Social Media & Content
Impact-driven posts, volunteer spotlights, behind-the-scenes stories, event promotion, and Giving Tuesday campaigns. We create the content calendar, write the posts, and manage the accounts.
Reputation & Trust Building
Google reviews from volunteers and beneficiaries, GuideStar profile optimization, Charity Navigator presence, and consistent branding that tells funders you run a professional operation.
Grant-Ready Analytics
Monthly reports with the exact metrics funders ask for website traffic, email engagement, social reach, donation conversion rates, and volunteer signup numbers. Ready to paste into any application.
Smart Tools for Small Teams
AI chatbot that answers donor and volunteer questions 24/7. Automated booking for meetings and tours. After-hours voice agent so no call from a potential major donor goes unanswered.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you work with nonprofits outside Greenville?
Yes. We’re based in Greenville and most of our nonprofit clients are in the Upstate — Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, and the surrounding area. But digital marketing works the same way everywhere. We work with nonprofits across South Carolina and the Southeast. Local organizations get the added benefit of in-person meetings and events.
Can you help us apply for the Google Ad Grant?
Absolutely. Eligible 501(c)(3) organizations can receive up to $10,000 per month in free Google Ads through the Google Ad Grants program. We handle the application, set up the campaigns, and manage them month to month to keep you in compliance with Google’s requirements. It’s one of the highest-value programs available to nonprofits and most organizations don’t take advantage of it.
We already have a website. Do we need a new one?
Not necessarily. If your current site is on WordPress and structurally sound, we can upgrade it — improving the donation flow, adding SEO, making it mobile-friendly, and connecting your email platform. If it’s on a builder that limits what we can do (Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy), a rebuild is usually faster and more cost-effective than trying to work around the limitations.
What donation platforms do you integrate with?
We work with the platforms nonprofits actually use: Give (GiveWP), Donorbox, Stripe for Nonprofits, PayPal Giving Fund, and custom integrations with your CRM (Bloomerang, Little Green Light, Salesforce Nonprofit, Network for Good). If you’re not sure which platform fits your size, that’s part of the diagnostic.
How do you handle Giving Tuesday and year-end campaigns?
We start planning 60 days out. That includes building a dedicated landing page, writing the email sequence (warm-up, launch day, last-chance), creating social media content, setting up tracking pixels, and if you have the Google Ad Grant, running targeted campaigns. Year-end giving accounts for roughly a third of all annual donations — we treat it like the biggest event of your year.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Website builds are project-based with clear deliverables and a fixed price. Ongoing marketing is month-to-month. We keep clients because the results justify the spend, not because of a contract. If a funder pulls out and you need to pause, we pause without a penalty.
Can you train our volunteers to handle some of this?
Yes, and we encourage it. We set up the systems, create the templates, and train your volunteer team on content updates, social media posting, and email campaigns. You get SOPs for every task. If the volunteer coordinator changes (and we know they do), we re-train the new person at no extra charge during an active engagement.
